Cook the following for about 2 minutes:

Add to the cooked mixture:

Mix everything together and knead for 10 minutes.
For RAISIN BREAD, add 2/3 Cup of RAISINS
per loaf.
Divide into 4 equal pieces, shape into a loaf and place into
loaf pans that have been sprayed with PAM. Cover and let raise until
doubled or more.
Bake at 350 for 24 minutes.
This makes 4 1lb. loaves. |
